Announcement 521 links back to itself, missing info

Has a link "For more information, see the deprecation documentation." That links back to the same announcement.

The document also mention that other tooling will replace it, what is that tooling?
And why isn't there a discussion linked for the announcements that would have been excellent?

@Frulfump Thanks for the heads up! I update the announcement issue with further details. We don't currently have a process for link announcements to issues AFAIK but the original issue for the obsoletion is over at #62689.
