Global helper functions prevent boost install

Description

It seems that somewhere (either in the Boost package or a dependency) that a global browser() function is declared. I already have a browser() global function.

What's the best way to deal with this?

Declare a browser global helper function.

It seems that global helper functions prevent php artisan boost:install. Commenting them out to enable install solved the problem.

Same thing happened for me yesterday. Wrapping them each in function_exists worked.
