[XmlCommentGenerator] AddOpenApi cannot recognize the entry assembly

Describe the bug

When using xml document generation, you must call 'AddOpenApi()' in the entry project to load all projects correctly. If you call it in other projects, the entry project xml cannot be loaded.

Expected Behavior

I hope to automatically load all project xml of the solution

@luoxing66 This is intentionally behavior because the XML support works via a source generator that intercepts the AddOpenApi call. If you're calling it in another project, you will need to add a project reference to the application file in that project to resolve things correctly.

Do you have a repro that demonstrates the setup you'd like to use?

Edit: Sorry, just saw you posted a repo. To get this to work you'll need to add an XML doc reference in the project file for the class library.
