slow build times after visual studio update 17.14.0

after the latest update 17.14.0 the build time of vs with .net 9 and blazor is so slow it is unworkable, i tested onmy pc and laptop, both with the same problem

Does this happen with .NET projects in general or with Blazor projects specifically.

Could you provide a binary log?
For Visual Studio, set the following environment variables and launch visual studio, the logs will be in the folder

SET MSBUILDDEBUGENGINE=1
SET MSBUILDDEBUGPATH=C:\MSBuildReproLogs

From the command line use dotnet build /bl to capture the binlog.
