Satellite locations open for early voting in Sedgwick County
WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) - Five satellite voting locations are now open in Sedgwick County, allowing for early voting in this year’s primary election.
12 News stopped by a satellite ___location and spoke with voters who said early voting is an important part of the election process.
“Like I said, it fits into my schedule, I don’t have to worry about leaving early from work, I’m not going to be late for work,” said early voter Diedra Wagner. “But I think early voting is an important option for us as voters to have to make sure what we want is heard.”
Satellite locations are open Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. They are also open Saturday, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Advance in-person voting ends on Monday at noon. The polls will reopen at 7 a.m. on election day, Tuesday, August 5.
Mail-in ballots also must be returned by mail, at a polling place, or in a secure drop box by 7 p.m. on Tuesday, August 5.
