@TaraOverfield , For Server 21H2 , both 3.5/4.8 and 3.5/4.8.1 are pointing to 22H2 links. It should be to 21H2 links.

Ravi and I have had offline conversation of this. My offline response:
Both Microsoft server operating system, version 21H2 and version 22H2 are referring to Server 2022 and the Azure HCI counterparts. In the KB links for these two I'm seeing them link to the Server 2022 KBs now. I don't think there is such thing as a 22H2 link here. For example, the Azure cloned KB pages can be found here: April 8, 2025-KB5055680 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5, 4.8 and 4.8.1 for Azure Stack HCI, version 22H2 - Microsoft Support but we haven't included these cloned KBs from our KBs.
